Priority Allocation: How it works (and why it matters for Squid users)

Squid’s native token, $QUID, will become available through the $QUID Public Sale. The $QUID Public Sale is the first opportunity to participate in the distribution of $QUID. If you have used Squid, participated in past campaigns, or interacted with Squid socials, then you may be eligible for priority allocation.

Squid Priority Allocation

Priority allocation is a merit-based mechanism for Squid users and community members to be considered for a higher proportion of their requested $QUID allocation, should they be eligible and should the Legion sale be oversubscribed.

Squid will take into consideration your past usage, community participation, and overall contributions.

In order to be considered for priority allocation, you must:

Submit your Squid activity history and Legion ID through the Squid Priority Allocation Form by July 3, 2026 at 1:00pm UTC.
Squid activity history includes wallets used with Squid's products (e.g. app.squidrouter.com) and where Squid is integrated (e.g. Rubic, Jumper), wallets holding commemorative NFTs from Squid marketing campaigns, and your Discord and X accounts.
You can submit the form before or after applying through Legion, but both steps must be completed before the relevant deadlines.

Please Note: Priority allocation does not guarantee:

Priority status
Participation in the Squid Public Sale
Acceptance of a Legion application
Any specific $QUID allocation
A full allocation of the user’s maximum pledge amount
Submitting the form does not replace your Legion application

Reminder: If you have used Squid before, have participated in past Squid campaigns, or have interacted with Squid on socials, PLEASE submit your Squid Priority Allocation Form via our Public Sale site: sale.squidrouter.com/submit-history.

Priority Allocation Criteria

Eligible Squid users and community members may be considered for priority allocation if they apply to the Squid Public Sale through Legion.

If the Legion sale is oversubscribed, priority allocation may allow eligible users to receive a higher proportion of their requested $QUID allocation compared to non-priority applicants. To be considered, users must submit their Squid activity history and Legion ID through the Squid Priority Allocation Form by July 3, 2026 at 1:00PM UTC.

You can submit the form before or after applying through Legion, but both steps must be completed before the relevant deadlines. Submitting the form does not replace your Legion application.

Priority allocation is not guaranteed. Submitting the Squid Priority Allocation Form does not guarantee that you will be eligible for priority allocation, accepted into the Squid Public Sale, or receive any specific $QUID allocation. Final allocation decisions are made after the Legion sale closes and may take into account Squid activity history, Squid community participation, Legion account information, Legion score, KYC status, eligibility requirements, and other applicable review criteria. Late, incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate submissions may not be considered.
