The sale platforms

The Squid Public Sale will be hosted across two platforms: Kraken and Legion. Each platform uses a different allocation mechanism, and eligibility is determined by the platform you apply through.

Legion. On Legion, allocation may take into account past Squid usage, Squid community participation, Legion account information, and Legion score. Eligible Squid users and community members can submit their Squid activity history and Legion ID through the Squid Priority Allocation Form to be considered for priority allocation.

Kraken. On Kraken, allocation is managed separately by Kraken and may be based on Kraken account activity and other criteria determined by Kraken.

If you have used Squid before, participated in past Squid campaigns, or interacted with Squid on socials, you may be eligible for priority allocation through Legion. See: Priority Allocation: How it works.

Geographic eligibility

Region restrictions vary by platform. Please confirm eligibility on the platform you choose before applying.

On Legion, jurisdiction restrictions apply to the UAE, UK, US, Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, and the sanctioned regions of Ukraine. Learn more
On Kraken, jurisdiction restrictions apply to Canada, Australia and other specific regions. Learn more

The US and UK are restricted on Legion, but can participate on Kraken.

Eligibility for the Squid Public Sale is subject to Squid's terms and conditions and the terms set by the sale platform you use to participate. Failure to comply with platform terms may result in disqualification.

Step-by-step: how to participate

1.
Visit the Squid Public Sale site. Go to sale.squidrouter.com and review the information provided.
2.
Choose your sale platform. Review eligibility and allocation criteria for Kraken and Legion, and choose the platform that works best for you. If you are eligible for priority allocation, you will need to apply through Legion.
3.
Sign up or sign in to your chosen platform. Create an account or sign in to Kraken or Legion. Both platforms have their own onboarding and verification requirements that must be completed before the sale opens.
4.
(Optional) Submit the Squid Priority Allocation Form. If you have used Squid before, participated in past Squid campaigns, or interacted with Squid on socials, submit your Squid activity history and Legion ID through the Squid Priority Allocation Form by July 3, 2026 at 1:00 PM UTC. You can submit the form before or after applying through Legion, but both steps must be completed before the relevant deadlines. The form does not replace a Legion application.
5.
Apply to participate during the sale window. Between June 30 at 1:00 PM UTC and July 3 at 1:00 PM UTC, follow the steps provided by your chosen platform to submit a pledge and request an allocation of $QUID.
6.
Wait for allocations to be finalized. Final allocations are determined after the sale closes on July 3. Allocations are determined by Squid and the respective sale platforms.

Important notes on allocation

Submission of a pledge does not guarantee allocation of $QUID.
Priority allocation does not guarantee priority status, participation in the sale, acceptance of a Legion application, or any specific allocation amount.
Allocation amounts and methods are determined by Squid and the respective sale platforms.
